3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for your project
- Respond to feedback or approval requests in a timely manner
- Ensure you hold the rights to any content provided
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins
- The final payment is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered
- All prices are stated in GBP or EUR, as applicable
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We accept bank transfers and major payment methods
5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary depending on:
- Project complexity and scope changes
- Client response time for feedback
- Availability of content and resources
Typical delivery times: 1-2 weeks for simple websites, 3-4 weeks for standard projects, 6-8 weeks for complex platforms.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- Any pre-existing materials, templates or third-party assets remain with their respective owners
- Source files may be provided upon request and after full payment
8. Refunds and Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
- If you cancel, you will be charged for work completed up to that date
- We reserve the right to cancel a project with reasonable notice if the terms are breached
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with our work, we will work with you to fix it. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we will keep revising until you are happy with the final result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RebeDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Confidentiality
We will treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties, except where necessary to complete the project or when required by law.
12. Live Chat and Data Persistence
Our website features a live chat service to assist you with your questions. By using the live chat, you acknowledge that:
- Chat conversations are stored and associated with a unique visitor identifier in your browser
- When you return to our website, your previous chat history will be restored for continuity
- We collect device information (browser type, operating system, IP address, location) to improve our services
- You can delete your browser's local storage at any time to remove your visitor identifier and chat history
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
